Silicone Underbase Ink (Hair Press Effect) is a silicone underbase ink specially developed for fabrics with hairy, raised, or textured surfaces. After printing and heat curing, the silicone layer helps flatten and stabilize the fabric fibers, creating a more even and stable surface for upper silicone color or effect layers.
The product offers high elasticity, strong adhesion, and improved print sharpness on difficult fabric surfaces. It is suitable for sportswear, fleece fabrics, brushed fabrics, and other textured textile applications requiring stable silicone printing performance.
