Anti-Bleed Silicone Ink (Black Pigment) is specially developed to reduce dye migration issues from dark dyed fabrics, especially polyester and heat-sensitive materials. After curing, the silicone layer forms a stable barrier between the fabric base and the silicone color layer, helping minimize color bleeding and discoloration during heat processing.
The product is commonly used as an intermediate layer between the underbase and white or light-colored silicone layers. It provides excellent elasticity, strong adhesion, and stable performance for both manual and machine printing applications in sportswear, fashion garments, and stretch fabrics.
