HD 3D embossing silicone ink is designed for backside fabric printing to achieve sharp, high-density embossed effects using an embossing machine. It offers easy mold release, excellent softness, and strong washing resistance.

Embossing Silicone Ink XG-360KY-55: 50g
Catalyst XG-360BH: 5g (10%)
Silicone thinner XG-128AH: not required
Application Guide:
Print on the backside of the fabric
Mesh: 80–120 (32–48T)
Machine temperature:
Upper mold: 180°C
Bottom mold: 120–170°C
Optional: attach a thin fabric layer on the backside (depending on design)
Heating time: 8–15 seconds (depending on temperature and design size)
