“Anti-Slip Silicone Ink” is a silicone-based industrial printing ink widely used in the textile industry, especially for sportswear, gloves, socks, protective clothing, and other applications requiring increased friction. After heat curing, the ink forms a raised surface with high grip performance, helping prevent slipping, shifting, and improving surface traction during use. Its main component is usually silicone polymers such as PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane), known for excellent elasticity, heat resistance, waterproof properties, and mechanical durability.
Unlike traditional plastisol or water-based inks, anti-slip silicone ink focuses more on functional performance rather than only color effects. It can be printed as dots, stripes, embossed logos, or textured coatings to increase friction on fabric surfaces. It is widely used for anti-slip socks, gym wear, yoga wear, protective gear, and products requiring enhanced grip performance.
